Real estate for logistics has attracted a lot of investment, including the renovation of abandoned buildings with a view to urban redevelopment.
In fact, according to an analysis of World Capital Group, this year more than 140 new projects are coming in the North and Central Italy in the logistics sector, including the recovery of former disused areas and modern developments in green warehousing Bts (Build-to-suit) for a total of 4.6 million square meters. This decrease is determined by the general period of uncertainty of the market but sees its way out in the green transition and in the interventions of urban regeneration, restructuring and reclamation of abandoned or degraded areas, as well as improvement of existing structures.
